This is a forum for you to put the craziest things that you have made in the kitchen. This unrelated to anything else I do.

Mine is Nacho Con sweet
Nacho sauce
sugar
mix sugar in nacho sauce until it turns a dark yellow. heat for 30 seconds first time, 2nd time heat for total of 45 sec. using 15 sec heating periods.

The taste is sweet for a little bit but turns extremely hot.
Caution-is slightly addictive.

I don't know if this is crazy or gross, but I was desperate one day and didn't feel like eating something plain.

1 can vegetable soup
1/4 can corned beef
1 or 2 sausages
1/2 cup water

Cut up the saugages into 1 inch pieces. Combine all ingredients in a pot. Boil or simmer for about 1-3 minutes. Serve over rice. Enjoy! (or throw up!!!! O_O )

Pineapple Chicken and Sweet Pineapple rice.

Ingredients:

1- Large can of pineapple chunks.
2- Three boneless skinless chicken breast
3- Bag of jasmine rice (you can use other kinds, but his holds the flavor better.)
4- nutmeg
5- garlic salt with parsley

Start out with a frying pan. Thaw chicken. LIGHTLY spray the pan. I can NOT stress this enough! Too much spray with ruin the chicken, but not enough and you'll have a mess on your hands. While the pan is heating open the can of pineapple chunks. You can used crushed, or the whole rings, but I personally prefer the chunks. Separate the juice into a glass or measuring cup. Pour half into the heating pan, then place in the chicken. Now..you have to constantly flip the chicken so it gets a good glaze on both sides. If it blackens slightly don't worry. Thats normal. But you don't want it fully blackened. While it's cooking use the garlic salt. Use only a very little amount. Garlic is a powerful seasoning. It will overwhelm the rest of the flavors. Once it's almost done cooking throw in the pineapple chunks to get them warm.

Now…the rice is fairly easy. I use a sauce pan to make my rice in. But you have to watch it carefully or it will burn. Make the rice as you normally would, except half way through it pour in and stir the rest of the pineapple juice and a dash of nutmeg. Again. Not too much. You don't want to lose the pineapple flavor.

And there you have it. My pineapple chicken and sweet pineapple rice! My husbands a picky eater and won't eat rice unless I make it this way. It's a good dish, and fairly easy to make. I make it for my guest all the time, and they love it. But it is very sweet. If you don't have some what of a sweet tooth I don't recommend it.

Enjoy!

Fancy coffee:

Instead of water use champagne, and instead of sugar/milk use mustard.

It's actually quite good.

new one: mega-delicous rib dry rub.

thyme, cinamon, garlic salt, Mrs. Dash, lemon pepper, orange peel, nutmeg, dill, ginger, hickory smoked salt, and finally a pinch of sugar.

First mix, then put over ribs. finally marinade with sweet BBQ for wet rub. cook ribs normally and this will be irresistable.

Fries and ice cream go together fine.

But wouldn't the icecream melt and make the fries all soggy?

I should rephrase that, dipping fries in ice cream is good.

then I question your stomach's strength.

fine. ‘sea salad’.

put squid, lobster and fish of your choice into a pot full of water. boil it until it bubbles. then add garlic butter. add a LOT of it, too. like maybe a spoonful… anyway. boil it until the butter disappears. then put it into a bowl and eat it.

it's alot better tasting than you'd think.

To be specific, this thread's named ‘Crazy recipes’, and noone's mentioned that it can't be about anything else but cooking.

Mm…dip.

ok, now a dip recipe is ok but just dippin one thing in another is not cooking and is not a recipe by chef standards. try an actual recipe in the posts.

tootsie roll madness
take one tootsie roll of every flavor and cut them into thirds. then mix the peices, and chew them all together. the flavors will become mixed and will create a dopamine effect and shall relax you steadly.

Not to be an ass or anything, but that isn't really cooking either…it's like saying ‘Take three different kinds of Pringles, put them on top of eachother, eat them, and enjoy the awesomeness of that.’

Actually, I should try that, that sounds awesome.

you can melt the tootsie roll if you want and put them in jello-bean mold, I just prefer to eat it straight. It is a recipe but you need to watch how you melt them, oven will burn them, microwave is prefered, so do watch it. and Pringles thing is just putting one chip on another, not a recipe. but if you crush them and put them on a casserole then it is a recipe.
