I bet it's impressive. But like I said, no one can beat mine. During the new years eve, pesky laws like noise violations are practically revoked. Anyone can hold the craziest parties without fearing law as long as your not causing any actual property damage. Also, it is temporally legal for the public to shoot fireworks. So basically it's exactly the same thing that you said, except you replace the word “bars” with “person”, “40 feet” with “5 feet” and “15 minutes” with “an hour”.

Don't worry. She's in stable condition. Can't say the same for the gun owner when they match the bullet to local records…
