Khorne is a lame god.
The guy doesn't even make any sense! He hates magic even thought his is freaking made of magic! Without magic (or psychic in 40K…though its basically the same thing) he would not exist. Has he got a suicide death wish to destroy himself?
Also I love that he things firing lasers and missiles from thousands of miles away in space ships is fine, but using a magic power? Why that's just cowardly!
Though i must admit…Mattaurs blender god IS impressive!

ALL HALE THE BLENDER!!!
(also, where is this nun porn L33T master mentioned and why am I not looking at it?)

Zeph I would have just liked it if you had tried to draw the bunker in, that's all I'm saying. It did seem a bit like my request was the only one that was ignored.

I don't count the prequels. Vader was and is, one of the biggest badasses to ever grace the screen. Lucas just screwed him over when he turned Anakin into a whiny teen.

As I was puking, I caught a sneeze. Let me say, it's really not that nice an experience, puking and sneezing at the same time. Just another reason to blow up France.

Edit: After heavily drinking, I have come to the conclusion statement of this big religious debate on who is teh greatest g-d! My wise words of wisdom?

Yep, that's it.

It has been statistically proven that Luke Skywalker is the baddest motherfucker in all of Star Wars history. If you read the books anyways.
God needed the Devil, the Beatles needed the Rolling Stones, Hakoshen needs me.
I'm the enemy he requires to define him.
Soon or later, he'll bring me back to life again for another epic encounter of shouting about power levels and grimacing.

I didn't read the few pages before this at first, so this was one of the first things I saw.

It was pretty novel. Just sayin'.

I cant take anyone in start wars seriously as a bad ass any more.

Jar Jar brought all that to an end!

And if you show me any characters from the novels, then those characters are not bad ass enough for me to have heard of, so I am not interested.

this big religious debate on who is teh greatest g-d!
There was a “who has the greatest god” debate? Also, when will people realize that they're fighting over the exact same God?

Judaism, Christianity and Islam are all based on the idea that there is only one god and that he's a jealous one at that. When will these three branches of the same faith settle their differences and embrace their similarities instead?

Of course, I can't say the same thing about Hinduism, Buddhism or any other religion that's not based on monotheism.
Those were my two cents.

About Star Wars:
The movies, the original three, were great. The prequel was good, Jar Jar was a comic relief character, and he failed terribly. The animation series is not quite as good in my opinion.

The comics however are super, even though they are non canon they still follow the tradition of Star Wars, make the entire universe richer and most of the main characters in the comic books (Tales of the Jedi, Knights of the old republic) are more interesting than Luke, Anakin or any of the other great movie icons.

My favorite Star wars character, the guy that started it all and the thingy I think should be a god is Ulic Qel-Droma.

(And yes, I know the comics are purely meant to up the popularity of the games.)

My favorite character was always Sardu Sallowe;

He was insane. Appeared in a Star Wars comic (Star Wars Underworld; The Yavin Vassilika). It was a great laugh, poking fun at a lot of the in galaxy relations and giving hints to characters pasts.
Why that's just crazy enough to walrus!

Which series are we talking about?

If it's the CG one we're good.

If it's the one Genndy Tartakovsky did, then we've got a problem. That one was well done. It had a BA Anakin and Obi-wan. IT had speeder bike jousting, SPEEDER BIKE JOUSTING!!! That sequence is engraved into my memory it was that awesome. It was a worthy prologue to episode III and is, in my mind, probably should have been used as a guiding principle in making the Prequels.

Weeeee! More death and stuffs!

But speaking of General Grievous, he kicked serious ass in the animated series. But the series itself was kinda stupid, like I saw one episode in which Aniken was obsessed with r2-d2, even risking the entire rebel force to try and rescue it. It was stupid, and slightly creepy.

Actually, that fits very well with his character. Thanks to his early separation from his mother, he has a deep fear of loosing those he gets emotionally attached to. The dangers of being a force user is to let emotions get the best of you, since this act seems to corrupt you somehow. Now the stupid thing is that Obi Wan should have been able to spot this behavior of his as a major warning sign and pull him out of service for… whatever Jedi do, when they see a force-user brushing uncomfortably close with the dark side. Then again the war was distracting the Jedi council and forced them to pay far less attention to the training of Anakin then they otherwise would have.

Of course the fundamental flaw of the Jedi order was that they thought that the best way to protect themselves from all negative feelings was to forbid ALL forms of feelings. This is what forced Anakin to enter a secret marriage with Padme which caused him to hide critical things about his life from Obi-Wan. This forced him to deal with his worries in solitude, when he had clairvoyant dreams about the death of his wife (which he also had before he lost his mother). Tie this with the fact that Anakin was in Palpatine's radar, he was able to notice it when he was troubled and entice him by telling him exactly what he wanted to hear followed by the usual bla, bla, “lure of the dark side” bla, bla.

Sorry. I'm a big story geek who likes to analyze stories.

Personally, I found the whole 3-D animation to be a giant load of crock. The older animated series were pretty solid though.
Those were my two cents.
