Fruit cup and apple juice. If I'm hungry, an omelette with ham and cheese, topped with bacon on a bulky roll or sesame bagel.
And the only reason I know what Vegemite is, is that I learned about it on Rocket Power when they go to New Zealand.

Musky household air is usally my breakfast; but my cereal of choice DEFINATELY has to be that Kashi honey-hearts cereal. Mix it around in milk for a few seconds, and it's wholesome and heavenly. It's very little sugar, so when the creal's gone the milk tastes like nectarish cloud fluff.

MY New Zealand friend once brought some Vegemite to school. We all tried it, but I was the only one who liked it. I really liked it, though we only had white bread to put it on.

It's probably better than coconut jam, which is pretty hard to spread, has a brown color that makes me think it came from…. nevermind…

Usually Fruit&Cream Oatmeal (preferably peach) with hot cocoa or a cocoa coffee mix. If I have a particularly long day ahead of me, some sort of breakfast sandwich for some protien.
