I need someone to draw a character for me. His name is Renegade and is a 10 year old boy. He's gonna be in my upcoming comic Bebop.
Details:
- Make him a ninja/megaman-esque looking character
- Make his hair in a DragonBall Z super sayain style
- He needs to look a little futuristic

I think you've just described every anime protagonist ever.
I kid I kid. But you seriously want someone to design a character for you? That you will be drawing on a regular basis, that will become a core bit of the story you are crafting? I consider character design to be a highly personal part of the whole process, and having someone else make him up for you would just be cheating yourself out of a chance to become better by actually doing it yourself.
I mean, you have all the guidelines right there, have you tried designing him?
