What exactly do you have problems with?

I've got two accounts that work, so I guess I know how to set one up..

I'm having a problem finding out which account allows donations to your account for some reason I can't figure out which one allows that.

I think the Personal Account would work just fine. People can send you small amounts of money through your paypal username. That what you mean?

Yeah, but I can't seem to find the link on paypal with the personal one.
I feel so dumb right now, words cannot express.

Go to paypal.com. Somewhere to the left there's a small link saying ‘Sign up’. It's a bit unclear, I had to look for it as well.

That link'll take you to the account selection. I guess it's all pretty obvious from there on out.

I think people can just send money to the e-maailadress you used for your account. There also used to be a section where you could find the code ot add a donation button to a website…let me get back to you on that.

I found it!

When you're signed in to your account, at the top you'll have a tab saying ‘Action tools’. Click that, it'll take you to a page that says ‘Business solutions’.

Click the link directly below that, the one that says ‘dealer services’.

When the new page loads, scroll down a bit. You'll have a list called ‘Important functions’. One of those functions is called ‘Donations’. If you click that link, you'll be taken to the page where you can set a donation button.

Although I must mention that's where I found it on the Dutch website, si I translated what the links said. I'm not sure if it'll be called the same on the English website, or if it's even the same navigation. Let me know if it worked.

I don't think so…As long as you've got your own bankaccount and/or creditcard, you should be able to sign up.
