I have made a contest for my comic: Pokemon Sinnoh Surfer. Anyone can enter and only one will win. Here are the rules: You have to come up with a picture that is Pokemon and Haloween related and it has to be your own work. Please post the website address or the picture here or on my Sinnoh Surfer comic page. All entries are due October 28, 2007. I will choose the best picture and post it on the Sinnoh Surfer comic page for all to see. Happy drawing :) !!!
