Which pretty much leads to where I'm at. Normally the word boyfriend comes out and I lose all interest. Not this time. For whatever reason I'm finding myself unable to simply not care like usual. It probably has to do with the fact that our normal joking around involves tickling each other and basically acting like a couple even though we're not so far as I know. I've never really ended up in any relationship whether it's friends, dating or otherwise where we ended up clicking together in that way. I'm rarely, if ever at a loss for words, ( as anyone who's ever read one of my posts knows. ) but I truly don't know what the hell to make of this situation.

My advice would be to steer well clear, unless you get your kicks from being used as a great big tickling stick. 8D

Heh, all the cute guys I meet these days are blues dancers - but all I want to do is dance with them! What? There's a world beyond dancing? Pfft.

My rant for today - why would the city decide to plunk a traffic light down on a high volume road where all it's going to do is cause more problems? Oh, but the weenies who work at the office complex next to us can leave via the safety of a traffic light while everyone in MY office complex still has to daringly fling our cars across several lanes of traffic just to get anywhere. Oh but wait - we can't do that anymore because, with the traffic light, TRAFFIC WON'T BE MOVING! Grar.

Finally, after couple of weeks of not doing any art I'm back in action. Started yesterday night and I'm pretty close to finishing the third page.

No cute girls or boys met in the last few days so no major distractions :)

Lmao. Seems like everybody liked my topic.
Anyway, I started talking to her more and more. We talked a little bit last night, and she's every bit as amazing as I thought. We smile at each other a lot, so I think it may mean something good.

And, my working out is coming along amazingly. I've been keeping with it. Only 13 inch arms so far, but I'm goin for 15 and abs to boot, by the end of this school year. I think I'm doing quite well so far.

Considering all last year, I got sick a lot, because I had a really un-healthy diet and no working out at all.
Now I drink tea, at least 2 cups a day, I drink this DanActive stuff that helps your immune system, I work out, and I have a Centrum vitamin every morning. I think I'm pretty much protected.

My only rant. My arms are gonna be sore tomorrow. I totally overdid my arms today :(
Now to finally go work on the comic!

Hehe, just make sure you work out your legs too, Ryu - you don't want to be one of those silly-looking inverted triangle people ^.^ The smiling a lot thing? Definitely a good sign!

so the thing that i said i had no idea what was going on:

we have a scheduled time to leave. to go home. to be outta this hot spot. and when i came in 12 hours ago, the time had been moved back to a day earlier than scheduled. i was ecstatic. i was thrilled, i was super happy. but now the schedule says it's the orignal time. now i'm crushed. kinda hurts.

for working out if you want bigger muscle:

do heavy weights with less but slower reps. (about 8 for 3 sets)
also if you have a monday wensday friday schedule for lifting, go medium on monday, heavy on wensday, and light-meduim on friday (your choice)

if you want to go lean, do lots of reps with light weights (12-15 with 4 sets)

Don't worry, I totally am.
I'm doing squats, and running for that. It's really hard for my legs, but slowly but surely, I'm making my way :)

:D Awesome!

Yeah. I'm going for bigger here. At least toning out my body, it's just a little harder for me because we don't even have a bench. So I have to rely on dumb bells for a while XD But it seems to be working out well so far.

My little sister spilled Yop on my art project yesterday. Just a little bit, so not a whole lot of damage was done, but one of my art teacher's biggest things is that our work has to be clean.

Also, it's starting to get cold out now. I want to have a bonfire(after we go to a film festival) with my friends this Saturday, and it might be the last we have until spring. I hate this stinking city.

By the way, guys, whenever I meet a cute girl, I realize I'm looking in a mirror. :D

Sadly, I don't even know what I bench XD
I'm sure it's over 135 though. I need to get a bench as soon as possible, so I can see what I do bench. lmao.

I used to do all this working out stuff, but I didn't like the effect it had on me. It releases chemicals into the brain that stimulate the “you lookin' at me ?” cortex. When I found myself walking down the middle of the road, glowering at oncoming vehicles, I knew it was time to stop.

My rant? I'm a 14 stone weakling.

noooooooo….it's only been one day. only one freaking day. i still have 4 more to go. why does time move slower when you're doing nothing? because you're obviously in the same time stream…i think….

also, the person in charge, of moving us, is an idiot. she wants us to turn in our baggage an entire day early. that's not how it should work. it should be 12 hours early, so we dont have to pack things like, 2 extra sets of clothes, shower shoes, sandals, and sneakers, and dirty clothes, all in our carry ons. which are limited to the same size as regular airlines. or you could take the option to do absolutly nothing for that 1-1/2 days, including eating, walking, peeing, showering. but that means you'll go nearly 3 days without a shower by the time we get home.

I envy you people who can run. It's been over two years since I've been able to go a pleasant four miles. I used to be an avid runner, but then I developed some problem in my hamstrings. I actually just went to see the doctor the other day about it and he set an appointment for me to see a physical therapist. The wonderful news is that I might be able to run again! :D

As far as upper-body strength goes, I'm content. It would be nice to be stronger, but I'm nice and lean and go for tone. I can bench about 1.5x my weight (175ish … how much I can bench, not my weight :P )and I've stayed thin. I'm actually afraid of becoming more built than I want to be. : / I think I'm becoming a bit too muscular.

I really feel I need to exercise more often, though. I've started biking again, and I've been actively doing stomach exercises and exercising through martial arts. Also, I have to walk about four miles every Monday and Wednesday, so I'm getting my walking miles in. Oh! And I'm probably going to either go hiking or rock-climbing tomorrow. :)

When I meet a cute girl, I tend not to care. >: /

When I meet a cute boy, either I envy some quality of theirs or I think they look pretty cool.

Either my dad is trying to off me or he's just being a f***ing moron today. We were in the yard carving pumpkins and I asked him to hand me the knife. So he threw a kitchen knife at me. Fortunately it fell about a foot short of me. So I was like “What the heck?! Don't throw knives at me!” and it was okay. Then I told him that I actually wanted the smaller knife, the one for carving details. So he threw it at me. And it hit my hand. And it cut me. It's not a very sharp knife, so it's just a little thing, but still. I don't think it's too much to ask to not throw knives at me.

ummm…you have a weird family.

You have no idea. For instance, my parents figured it would be a good idea to cut out every single person in our extended family because they were getting stressed out by our family fights after my aunt killed herself(which screwed me up enough by itself). I mean, they weren't the greatest people in the world, but losing that many people at one time can make a pretty big impact on a person.

I saved that AIM convo.

———————

So I watched ‘Osama’, an Arab film. How fucking depressing, even worse with the fact that all that shit happens to them often.

I couldn't even say the ending was bad, because it was so truthful. There was no heroic struggle for her as you'd see in American films, no fucking hope for her.
I didn't even cry during the movie it was just somber, awful, and depressing while still being a good movie.

Changed my perspective a lot.

EDIT: holy shit they never said the girls name even once.
