So you've choosen your weapons and you've managed to make it out of your first encounter. Now, the most important decision you've made to date… and perhaps will ever make again:

What songs are on YOUR zombie soundtrack?

probably some crazy soviet russian shit, or maybe some Vagner. Or maybe some old school crust shit like the Clash or DK. It really depends on the zombies.

Rammstien by Rammstien, from the David Lynch film Lost Highway. It has a nice, slow, imposing Rhythm to it.

Black Metal. Lots and lots of Black Metal. And maybe a few Iron Maiden songs, you have to have Iron Maiden.

INDUSTRIAL! The really cheesey stuff with good beats … make them feel at home, before laying thah' smack down! (I can't believe I just typed that …)

Perfect example would be Wumpscut, with such songs as “Rise Again”, “The March of the Dead”, “Line of Corpses”, and “Funeral Diner” … or some CombiChrist. “Line Of The Dead”, “The Corpse Under My Bed”, “Without Emotions”, “Play Dead” … :)

Or maybe they could be willed back into becoming the un-un-dead again by blaring out some Hanson.

Maiden, Ozzy, Crue, Metallica, and the theme music from Sonic the Hedgehog.
Just for those intense running away/jumping over zombie sections.

The Benny Hill theme tune. That would be hilarious when escaping the zombies. Except for the brain eating bit.

There will have to be atleast 3 zombie girls in bikinis then, and at half time we get to chase them! :)

My soundtrack would be entirely “Richard Cheese” song parodies.

He's the one that did “Down With The Sickness” from Dawn of the Dead.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Cheese - Worth finding his music and checking it out.

My zombie encounter would be silent (only music, no chainsaw sounds or zombie moaning) and entirely in slow motion. Therefore, classical music is the most appropriate.

Bizet
Vivaldi
Bach
Dvorak
Boccherini
and the like.

you are the coolest! Tilly and the Wall FTW!

Lets see…I'd want some of the ultra violence music. Ludvig Von Beethoven's ninth symphony prehaps? Muhahahh.

Ooooooooooh, we're on to zombie killing rampage soundtracks now? Alright, I'm downs. Listen and loin… Here's a couple of tracks I would bump along to the rampage.

Buckcherry - Time Bomb

The Chrystal Method - Name of the Game

Death From Above 1979 - Blood On Our Hands

Deftones - Change (In the House of Flies)

Filter - Hey Man, Nice Shot

Iron Maiden - Run To the Hills

Isis - Celestial (The Tower)

Marilyn Manson - Beautiful People

Ministry - Bad Blood

Overseer - Doomsday

The Prodigy - Smack My Bitch Up

Rage Against the Machine - Killing In the Name

Rob Dougan - Clubbed To Death

A pantload of Tool songs.

White Zombie - More Human Than Human

Those are just some select songs from my iTunes Library. I'm sure there's a bunch of other songs out there I'd like to jam too. Yeah… even bloody massacres can have playlists.

The background music to Mario Paint. Perfect music to run away from Zombies looking at a zombie pron magazine to. Especially since the goggles do nothing.
99% of people would've finished this sente

I have a 24 long playlist that might give you an idea.
Also, the entire “Lordi” and “The Creepshow” discography, Andrew WK- Ready to die, King Crimson-21st century Schizoid man, Primal Fear-Armageddon, queens of the stone age-song for the dead, Stephenwolf - born to be wild, the cramps-psychotic reaction, smash mouth - why can't we be friends.

Rammstien by Rammstien

This is the best Rammstien song ever

I would go the other way, I'd grab music that pulls my heartrate down, so I'd be calmer and make more rational decisions

Chicane
Josh Wink
Underworld
Royksopp
The Knife

Matrix vs Futurebound did this kickass remix of the theme to American Beauty which would be awesome to kill zombies too

Man, my Zombie soundtrack would be all happy tracks. I totally believe that mood definately makes a difference when killing zombies. If your music automatically puts you on panic attack, and you're hearing BAHDDUDMDUDUDMDUDM CRASH CRASH ROAR while trying to kill a mass of zombies it'd be a lot more difficult, I think. What'd I do is have a bunch of 90's pop songs. You know how uplifting it'd be killing a few zombies while Sugar Ray's Every Morning is blaring in your ear?

I'd also have a bunch of 70's punk songs, because that makes me happy. Ramones, Clash, Pistols, Iggy, etc etc etc
