What's your favorite BBQ?

I'm sure everyone's got their favorite, from sizzled beef burgers and pork chops to baby back ribs. Personally, I like BBQ chicken (but I tend to eat the thing with napkins since BBQ can get messy…) :)

Beef ribs are my favorite, but I like chicken a lot too. Lots of napkins! (Fancy restaurants have finger bowls, but I prefer wet wipes.)

In my country, BBQs are pretty much put any meat in the grill (with charcoal).
Usually, BBQs around here include chicken, several kinds of beef, pork chops and several kinds of sausages (chorizo, those black sausages made of blood and more). Optionally, we also put lamb, heart, kidneys, liver and intestines…
Also, I really love seafood BBQs…

I do some pretty wicked pork mince patties with crushed pineapple and fennel seeds… really damn good on the Barbeque

LonnehartYOU SPEAK BLASPHAMEY!!!! (joke) BBQ actually involves cooking on low heat for long periods of time. So, with that said, my personal favorite is pulled pork (Boston butts are most common around here)

Got to be burgers with some basil corn on the cob. :] Salmon on the BBQ is nice too, but I'm not sure if that counts since it's wrapped in foil. Actually the corn needs to be in foil too…

Mongolian Barbecue
A nice stir fry of lamb, beef, green peppers, onions, broccoli, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and green onions. Cooked in a spicy sauce. Served mixed with fried rice.
Or, crab, scallops, carrots, pineapple, bamboo shoots, a sweet sauce with noodles.

I loooove BBQ sausages! A loooooot! Certainly my favorite thing to eat BBQ'd. Also shrimp and BBQ'd veggies. Yummy! I want BBQ now. D:

Honestly I don't care what's the BBQ I'll eat anything off it. But I have say my favorite is just the smells. Makes me think of summer.
