In Pinky TA this is an armoured car operated by the French Colonial forces in Tunisia. It's based on an amalgam of various WW1 Armoured cars. It's most like a prototype by Austro-Daimler from 1904 (Austrian), but there are similarities to the French Charron and Laffly-White Renault models. Of course the gun on the tower cupola is just a bit of fun ^_^
