Rating ~ Mature
Synopsis ~ Featuring characters with names like “Pepsi Von Hellswine” and “Snowball” (guess how she got her name), this strip follows the adventures of a facist dictator of a fictional euroasian country in the mid-30's. Gluttony, sloth, torture, drug abuse- the list goes on! The author/illustrator Mimo manages to make some very evil people unbelievably likeable.
Art ~ Sweet lineart, with the occasional coloured strip. Manga-ish, but way better than anything you've seen out there.
