Even though it looks like this thread is dead, it looks like the righ place to ask. Do I need special permission to use general Civil War aka Zac, Riot, etc.? In other words, how can I work for the team if we are working within the limitations of our own comic? Even though there are threads that have decided the city's scenery, we still haven't been able to interact.
