Adagio is a thin and athletically built male of average height. He wears a simple white porcelain mask that covers all parts of the face from the forehead to the chin, on which is painted a stylized grinning face in simple black lines of paint. There are no evident eyeholes.
Adagio appears to be missing all ten of his metacarpophalangeal digits from some unknown physical trauma in the past. They have since been replaced with ten long solid metallic claws, articulated at the metacarpal joint. How they are affixed to the hand is not precisely certain, though soldered circuitry paths can be seen leading from the claws into the backs of the hands and farther back to the wrists.
Adagio also appears to be missing both of his feet, also from some unknown trauma. They have since been amputated and replaced with large metallic conical pikes at about mid-shin level. The exact process for this and how they are actually attached to Adagio's body is also uncertain.
!!! Personality
Adagio is criminally insane and prone to unpredictable acts of violence. He does not exist on the same mental level as most other human beings, and has a past that more or less is completely obscured in the fog of the unknown, which makes his exact motivations difficult to judge. His living conditions are uncertain, but assumed to be somewhat destitute. He never takes off his mask.

Adagio keeps primarily to himself. His interactions with the others Rioteers consist primarily of hit-and-run assists during raids either as defender or attacker. When his presence or the presence of the Drunkducker he serves as avatar for, Machiavelli33, is requested, he will attend.

Since the Civil War has begun, Adagio has yet to show his face. The Platinum Police have also yet to accost him about registration, though it can only be a matter of time before that changes.
!! Abilites and Equipment
Adagio is possessed of enhanced reflexes, reaction time, and impressive acrobatic and overall athletic skill. He is capable of using his claws and his pike feet to travel. He also possesses the unique ability to be able to cling and travel on all fours over any surface no matter the position, make or orientation, allowing him to hang off of and move along walls, archways, crevices and even ceilings as long as all four of his limbs are commmitted to the task. When travelling on all fours Adagio has been known to be able to attain speeds of up to a maximum recorded 60 mph. He may, however, be capable of faster.

The Grumbleduke stands just over 7 feet tall. His skin is dark and swarthy and sundrenched. What little hair he has on his head and his mustache and beard are a full grey. He wears brown leather gloves on his hands and sports a kilt. The tartan of the kilt is, to date, unidentifiable. He wears a pair of black seven legue boot and a single black hoop in his right ear.

The Grumbleduke, having come from a different world, is rather grumbly about this place. Many things work differently in this world and it has taken some time for him to become accustomed to this. He's a bit on the dim side, but his heart is always in the right place. He won't hesitate to help someone in need.

Straight cut brown hair, just below the ears. Bangs are cut to just about where her eyebrows are, her eyes show a vibrant green. Typically wearing green and long skirts, along with this belt that she really likes.

Sweet, but viciously vengeful. She acts very emotional like a child, and resorts to crying, screaming, and lashing out.

Towards the head guy of team Zac, Rosencron, she doesn't care either way about. Towards Zac, she is loyal lacky. To other Zacettes she generally avoids and acts as a lone wolf. To her fish Boris, she sees him as a little brother to protect. She sees Nikai as the most trustworthy savior of toaster pastries. Chaychan is someone she would like to protect, though probably doesn't need to. Kujjles is like a neccesity, someone who shares emotions (or lack of) and yaoi with her.
Her attitude to team Riot is that of a vengeful manner. She wants to beat them to mushy pulp, she doesn't care what they are fighting for, she just wants them in pain.

No equipment. She is self reliant on strength, cunning, and whats handy. Her claw is the most useful, and strong organ/limb in her body. It has about as much reach as she has height (5 feet) and the hallow palm makes it great for hooking onto things. The arm is host to the greatest of muscle, formed with heart muscles, it's vast and yet unknown level of strength is something to be aware of.

Hero is just shy of 6 feet, over including the hair. Has self described “Adorably Fuzzy” Black Hair in an afro. He has dark brown eyes and is always seen wearing a headset and a microphone. He typically wears baggy cargo-style pants and one of his trademark Penta-Smiley shirts. Durring feildwork, he wears rollerblades and large wristgaurds.

Hero is very talkative and charismatic. He enjoys helping people and will go to great lengths to achieve justice. His very specific way of speech is a throwback to the beat children of the 50's and 60's (is believed to be the fault of Hanna Barbara's many teenage detective and detective band shows of the era that were heavily rerun.) He bears little hatred for anybody, but greatly despises the causes they represent. In other words, don't hate the player. Hate the game.

Hero seems to be on good terms with Team Riot due to the support aspect. He has contacted at least Acadia, Riot and Shraye with advanced warnings. He seems to be friendly with Artic and he works closely with Draco on technical matters. He helped get CJ to a doctor after he was shot and therefore earned his loyalty. He has beef with Mechni for picking on his Afro Puffs, specifically #5 and is aware of the threat she poses with her picking up radio signals. He sees Blackvolt as a potential threat with his scientific background and electrical powers.

Karen wears a lot of dresses and skirts at work or when going out, though she has an armory in her house for those times when it is neccesary. Her combat attire is an elaborate breatplate and a wide array of weapons. She keeps herself clean and takes great pride in her appearance.

Karen is generally a very welcoming and friendly person, though when she gets mad her temper quickly flares to violence, and then just as quickly cools to indiference when the source of her irritation is gone. As chaos is a part of her very nature, she can be very unpredictable at times, though she is sorry when bystanders and uninvolved parties get caught in the crossfire of her anger. She holds very strong opinions about personal freedom, and allowing people to do whatever they want, as long as it isn't hurting anyone else. She resents excessive rules or rules that seek to restrict peoples freedom.
!!! Relationships
Karen has no specific friends or enemies yet, though she has met Willowanderer and is on her way to meet Hero and assist Riot in his rebelion.
!! Character History
Being a demon, Karen has put in a lot of time (thousands of years by her count) into fighting in the ancient Blood Wars. She has finally fought her way free of her warrior responsibilities and been allowed to return to a more sedate lifestyle. The Abyss has changed greatly durring her years away though, and she is finding it a bit difficult to adjust to the ‘New Abyss’ where she lives now. Where once there was carefree chaos, now there are powerful rulers who have made laws and enforce them on the lesser demons seemingly out of pure malice. While the maliciousness of the situation is nothing new, the enforcement of laws is, and Karen is going to have to either adjust, or leave. When Karen heard of this new rule, imposed by a giant floating head no less, her temper snapped and she has gone to find Riot and lend her tactical knowledge and combat abilities to the rebelion.
!! Abilites and Equipment
Karen has the ability to travel the dimensions by use of ancient demonic magic, as well as superior combat and tactical skills. While her physical form can be destroyed, it simply reforms in her home in the Abyss. She is very strong, and incredibly agile and co-ordinated, able to effectively wield hand-to-hand combat weapons in all six hands simultaniously. Her hand-eye co-ordination is spectacular and she can focus on multiple things at the same time, allowing her to perform multiple tasks at the same time. She is familiar with computers in an ‘end-user’ sort of way, though she knows little of programming or maintenance of them. She is also very familiar with magic and knows a great deal of ancient demonic magic. As for equipment, she carries a wide array of weapons when on the war path, and has the ability to summon any hand-to-hand weapon she needs from her armory at home.

A little over 5'8" Kamikaze is about 145 lbs.  He has short brown hair that in the front only comes down to his mask in the front, and only to the end of his hairline in the back.  His mask is only a black strip that warps around his head, leaving holes for the eyes, and in fact does very little to conceal his secret identity.  The embalm on his chest is a small tornado, and his costume colors are sky blue, light gray, a darker gray, and a very dark gray/black.

At one point in his life Kamikaze may have held the "I'm going to protect everyone belief", however as he grew older he realized that such a thing would be impossible and thereby resolved to protect as many people as he could, when it comes to this he could be considered slightly calculating, but won't hesitate if someone needs immediate help.  Other than that he is fairly light hearted, and enjoys being a superhero and making those superhero quips that they are notorious for.  So much so in fact that it is one of his weaknesses, when he has been having trouble making a snappy remark or a bad pun, he will practically stop fighting save for the basic defense in order to use his brain power to think, or even use a less efficient tactic just because it gives him the opportunity to make a pun.  He doesn't like killing or seriously injuring people, so he generally uses moves intended to incapacitate his opponent rather that destroy them.

Kamikaze has yet to meet anyother hero in context, and at this point in time has no relationships predateing the war, his creator (DarknessLord) is open to idea about this though.
!! Character History
Pre War: Other then Kamikaze's powers he has lead a relatively normal life, he's grown up and went to school like most.  But as he discovered he was gifted with abilities he resolved to fight for justice, just like the superheros he idealized.  However unfortunately for him, his town looked down on vigilantes, and he wasn't prepared to break that law when the police already seemed to have crime under their control.  However he practiced with his powers so that he would be ready when his time did come.  When the registration act was passed, he knew that he had to stand up for the rights of the people, even if in this case it did mean breaking the law and taking matters into his own hands...
During the war: At the time of writing this he has only shown up in his own event, Kamikaze.  However crossovers are welcome!
!! Abilites and Equipment
Besides his superhero suit, Kamikaze carries basicly nothing with him, his power is that he is Aerokinetic, meaning he can manipulate air with his mind.  He can compress air enough so that it becomes solid, useful for blocking attacks and riding on to fly.  He can create a localized vacuum, as well as use differential pressure to move objects, although with this power he is not as efficient or as fast at doing it than a pure telekinetic, as he does it indirectly.  He also has other generic powers associated with wind/air manipulation.

Celrena is around 5'4, has medium length brown hair that has it mostly in a high ponytail, and has brown eyes. Most of the time she has her Katana strapped to her back and wears arm guards with her arms tapped underneath.

He joined the Duck about a year back, and took a neutral stance when the war began, as he doesn't like conflicts. Then he got injected by five wierdos who claimed to be the gods of the internet, thus giving rise to a homicidal alternate personality called “Nnaes” who works to ensure the war's continued survival so that the five gods may reassert their control over the internet.

As Nnaes, he is an expert martial artist who wields a Halberd that he can apparently pull out thin air.

He is about six feet tall, covered in grey fur with white mask. He wears and undershirt and pants, and a tunic. Also, he wears a shoulder plate with a shoulder cape trailing off of it. He wears a bracer on his right arm.

He is loyal to a fault. He holds friendship above anything and throws all his efforts behind Riot and his comrades. He will fight farely but ferally to the bitter end or sweet victory.
!!! Relationships
He was recruited directly by Hero to Riot's cause, and sees Hero as his closest comrade. Marina was the first Zacette that he met, and he has marked her as his arch-enemy. Antony Quang is master of ice like himself, which also makes him a great rival to Arctic.
!! Character History
Rosencron began the development of Arctic one year before his plan to confront Zac and Riot. Arctic was intended to be Rosencron's back-up muscle if need be. Unfortunately, he was deemed deceased two days before the announcement. But that was not to be so, as he escaped his capsule, killing the scientists who made him and making it off into the world, where he met Hero and learned of the resistance.
!! Abilites and Equipment
He can manipulate any ice, drawing much of it from water in the air. He also carries a glaive he constructed from the weapons of his creators.

Usualy 5ft 4 inches and humanoid with fox ears that are brown with black tips, brown and black hair, glasses, an emerald green vest with fox tail yin-yang on back, royal blue shirt with black circles with grey fox heads on shoulder, and royal blue pants held up by a black belt with yellow bucle. Two brown fox tails with black ends. Limbs are black from the joints down, but hands are grey-ish. Claws are grey.
Can be made to go to real form with a hard enough hit, which is two feet tall, with brown and black fur, emerald green vest, royal blue t-shirt and opants, and a black belt with yellow buckle. Has half oval shades
When extramly out numbered will shape shift to a fox about the size of Godzilla with a pair of fangs at the back of jaws long enough to puncture a bus. Has black marks around eyes, lips, on chest, ears, and head.
When forced into an extream blind rade hair/fur goes black with red blood style paterns, gains odd marks on face, and attacks anyone and anything for the three hours said mode lasts. Very rare though because fighting vents the rage that would biuld up to this form.

Nikai: 16 with blond hair blue eyes, glasses, a zombie shirt, and a striped skirt. Either no tights or grey tights speckled with various colors (matters on weather), Black socks with black pom-poms, black leg warmers, and Sketchers Sport Premium.
Lolli Girl: 21 wih blond curly hair that covers one eye. A black heart under the right eye and a black streak that looks like a scar over the other. Black combat boots, grey thigh high stockings that tie. Black layered skirt. Grey corset with black top and grey arm warmers that match her stockings.

Happy, energenic, sometimes insane almost, cheerful, sentimental. Deep down she is a little sad but still keeps a smile on for every one. She is definately willing to help any one in need wether Rioteer or a supporter of Zac.

Chay-chan: One of Nikai's best friends and comrades that is always cheerful and bubbly. Mutation: Nikai's unoficial fanclub, #1 fan, and under garment bandit. Kujo: Like Chay-chan and Mutation she has been a long time friend even through te years of Lolli girl. Nikai has very little other relationships except that she will make friends with who ever she can.

A curvy woman of just under six feet, with godlen hair that falls haphazardly past her sholders. She's got a very English face, and is gneraly seen wearing a black leather jacket, black leather pants, a rainbow striped scarf and alot of ribboms.
Occasionaly seen in a bright pink body suit with a skirt and a green cowled cape.

somewhat childish in her simplicity, the Wanderer likes everyone whos not being mean to her. She's sweet kind, and polite to almost everyone- unless they've done something to upset her. She's got a quirky sence of humor, and will gladly inflict it on other people. She seems spacy at time, the reason for which she atributes to “I know everyhting that has happened, and everything that will happen- I'm just not sure what's going on -now- and knowing things doesn't mean I understand them.”

the Wanderer will guile-less-lly talk to anyone. In trying to figure out the war, she talked to many people, and would fearlessly aproach them again.
However, she says herself she has no freinds; many people would counter that thinking that they are her friends; and more or less they're right.

!! Abilites and Equipment
The main power she has exibited is an ablity to teleport from one place to another in a swirl of glitter and rainbows. However, she can cast magics to do all sorts of things; fromm conureing the latest issue of Shonen Jump to destroying an attacker's clothes- or blowing their head up. (She wouldn't do that though, that would be wrong.) If you've seen a comic book mystic do it, she has probably attempted it at one point or another.
