Well, figured I would try one out and get a place for us to chat about the story and themes and art of Ethos. :)

So, intoduce yourself please! I am going to try to get a new topic going each week. We'll see how that goes. :)

Hi, I'm Kez, even though the sn says warofwinds. Shouldn't have picked the name of my comic as my username. Lessons learned. *sigh*

Anywho, just discovered Ethos a couple weeks ago at around 3 am. Didn't regret staying up until 4 to read the archives. A lovely work, and I'll be sticking around. Props to you, man.

Hey Kez,

Thanks for taking the time to sit up and read Ethos. I'm glad to know that you enjoyed it so much. :) I've actually got to be careful about that myself because if I find something I like, I'm more than happy to stay up reading….even when I need to be up early the next day. :)

I'm IvyX, even tough it says Iv… erhm… nevermind (please apologise my poor attepmt at humor, I can't help it).

I Really like the style of your comic, and the characters seem believable as well. I'm looking forward to seeing more of this, especially because I'm looking forward to some answers (who IS Aminta, what consequense does she have for the tri-racial-trio and vice-versa, what's the story with the dragons/gargoyles/Horned-Guys-With-Wings-and-humanoid-bodies, why are we here, who made… oh sorry, I got carried away… (I'm trying too hard, really))

anyways… good work, keep it up, I'll be keeping my eye on this :)

Hi IvyX, welcome to the forum. I'm glad to know you have been enjoying Ethos so far. :)

There are a good many questions that need answers. Hmm..perhaps we should start going over them. Maybe we'll realize we could perhaps already have a few of those answers even if we don't realize it.

*coughs* Yes, I know, that was a very poor attempt at a hint. It's a Sunday. I'll be witty again on Monday.

*coughs*

Hi!
Just started reading the comic, I'm new to the DrunkDuck community. Although, not new to reading web comics.
I must say I throughly enjoy Ethos, it reminds me a lot of Inverloch. I am looking forward to the rest of the comic! :)

Greetings to all,

My name is John, so you may use either that or Zaulche, whichever suits you. Similar to Kez I happened upon Ethos and quickly read everything that is up so far. I have read many web comics, and this is definately one that I am enjoying very much.

Except now that I have caught up I have to wait for updates like everyone else. :)

Yes, I rhyme at times…

I'll stop that now. Figured I'd stop in and say hello. I should look into starting a comic here. But I love what's here so far and can't wait to find out a little bit more about this world.

Hey. My username is Garet Jax but you can call me whatever you want. Most go with Jax or Garet, although I prefer to be called Donami (not my real name), because I am not worthy enough to actually use the name Garet Jax. So pretty much people call me Don. (Once again not even close to my real name which I will not give you XD). I am 16 and live in California though. Anyways, I am not NEAR a good enough drawer or colorist to do comics here, although I am good at writing. Well I THINK I'm good at writing. Anyways, you probably think I'm rambling now and want me to shut up. Anyways I have read all of your comic till this point and can't wait for more. Seriously I love it. Yah, I just can't stop talking can I? Anyways. That's me. Bye.

Hey I just read your whole comic up to date and it has become my new favorite, I think how you have put your storyline together is really great, it sets everything up and makes the reader want to read more and find out more, very captivating, how often do you update? or is it just kinda when ever you get done a set of panels. I look forward to the continuation of your story

Hi, I choose to be anonoymous online.

Just today I finally found time to read Ethos, after having seen and skipped over it in the Buzzcomics and Top Web Comics and ignored the ads in the margins of some of my other web comics for a year or more. I am irresistibly reminded of Richard Adams novel Shardik. This is a compliment, but that novel took me longer to read than any other I have ever actually finished because I kept getting depressed and having to stop for substantial intervals. Keep on writing and drawing. With luck you will find the time and inclination to go back to color strips.
