Okay, if any of Boxdog's wayback friends from *#$@%$ are reading this: Why is it that the only two pictures I can find where she is happy are the two where she has coffee. The bath ones are happy enough until the whole bleeding thing. Any insight on the coffee?

I want this to be a clean and respectful tribute to the comic of Boxdog. I don't care if Boxdog's origins on #$&*$#@ featured adult-themes. I don't care if a similarly named site features adult-themes. There is surely adult material out there, but I don't want it on this thread.

So, I must request that you remove the three links violating that rules. If you have clean pics, or just want a good conversation on respective topics, then I would love to have either.

As for the unaccepted material, I suggest opening another thread or visiting a site made for such.

To expand on this (and really, I hate to be the one to point this out) - the sheer volume of adult-themed material on the subject is a little difficult to simply disregard, especially considering its proportion to clean material, and also considering its almost-mythical reputation in certain circles. I REALLY hate to be the one to point this out, but the number of people drawn to the comic because of the porn is probably not a small one.
Keep in mind that a number of the apparently as-of-yet unseen characters have little-to-no content in their regard other than mature- or adult-themed illustration. To be blunt, if anyone is going to be making any speculation on those characters, they have little to reference other than what is available, adult-themed or not.

I'll remove two of the links, since you asked so nicely! But the second one is not adult-themed (much) and I think is pretty funny.

Boxdog doesn't need any more solemn tributes though. There are enough of them on the Internet, and I'd love to see a niche community spring up that doesn't take everything too seriously, and can enjoy the catharsis of Boxdog's storyline as well as the lighter side, that being the porn and the more ridiculous bits like:

As for conversation, sure, why not? I don't have any more clean pics really since I lost my archive in a botched reformat months back - which sucks balls, I had shit tons of content; MT, if you're reading this, link plz?

None show any naughty bits, since I know you don't like that, but aren't exactly what people are used to seeing on the comic. However, the neat chemistry that Boxdog-Teadog have had in the last year that I've been following things is certainly expressed in these kinds of pictures, which is really cool.

PS: And to address something I didn't quite understand in your post D1r7, a “similarly named site” doesn't feature adult themes. It's not some guy drawing Boxdog porn. It's legit stuff (as far as I'm made to understand, coming from a single source, which may or may not be one person.) Regardless, your very cordial manner is appreciated :3

It is rare to find somebody mature enough to step above a disagreement and remain civil in the face of opposing ideals. I am truely grateful for your compliance and good nature.

Albeit, that I do very much agree that the naughty bits are 100% legit and presumably done by our very own BoxDog. I just really want to keep the ‘Clean’ pics separate from the ‘Naughty’ pics. And the rule can be overlooked for stuff like the first link of the prior post. LOL And the other two are PG-13 in my eyes and are more than accepted my by ruling.

Aside from the character's frequent pornography nature, the artist known as (Sad)BoxDog is known for her time as a “Drawhore” and is not well enough known for the ability to run a legitimate storyline such as this. That outlook also led me to start this thread.

By tributes, I meant the induced flood of Boxdog remembrance threads that continued for months after the January (I think it was January) debut of the Boxdog threads. Boxdog tributes aren't new (or exclusive to image boards), and most of the time, they're redundant in purpose and content, and to me are just kind of irritating.
