You have given each race a different animal, but you keep metioning more. I would like to know about more of them or at least have you identify some of the ones already metioned.

This is what I know so far
Ano-Chee = Foxes
Darsai = Cats
Tsung-Dao = Lizards
Nymus = Birds

Junlock = Wolves?

But who are the Brorg-Dao and the Zadakine? I don't need to know if this will spoil the suprize. Also what other animals would you consider making into another race?

I like to keep everyone surprised as to what the up and coming races are, while at the same dropping hints and making it clear that I've got the world at large planned out.

I can confirm that the guys we saw working for The Heretic are indeed Junlocks.

I cant really go into which animals I would consider without giving away whats coming up! How frustrating!

But if there is an animal that you would really really like to see you could suggest it. No promises, but there is room for a few more cultures, especially in the far off White Kingdom. (see? I just name dropped again!)

I Thought I would ask because you keep adding names before you intruduce the new races and I like to have visuals to go with the names.

Well could I ask if you have considered aquatic races or atleast semi aquatic like sea otters?

I would like to pose a challenge and see if you can find a place for a giraffe race or perhase a riding animal if that fits better. They are difficult to draw but they are one of my favorite animals. They are also less reasearched than most other large animals.

I find the peice you did about the Junlocks to be very informative. It helps build a feel for the world when you let us know about the people in it. Plus it helps us to know why the characters react the way that they do to situations and other races. For instance the Junlocks having a culture of war and a history of strife with other races explains why they show up as mercenaries.

Oh yes, I will give a Vast guarantee that I will do an indepth description of each race as it appears in Harkovast, right here on the forums.
I enjoy writing that stuff out (as I have 90% of it planned in my head already) so I'm eager to share the nature of these races in more detail.
The next one comming up will most likely be about the Golta, but that wont be for quite a few weeks yet…

Sorry gentlemen, but such a creature has already been made. And as a player of the game, I can assure you it is a freaky as shit.

If you think that's weird look for an animated movie called Light Years. It's a sci fi based on genetic manipulation and time travel. The mutants from the genetic experiments are really weird. Not to mention their speech paterns “I was will be your freind” It was all combined future and past tense.

The wizards will be revealed in the *relatively* near future, so I will hold that information back for now.

However, the idea of a little gallery with pictures of each race alongside their names sounds like fun, I will look into something like that.

If you don't mind me asking, which ones are the otters? Going on the chart, I'd guess that it's either the Brog-Dao or the Xateem.

Brorg-Dao have a clue in the name to what kind of creature they are!
Xateem live up in Jaydia, and are not otters.
Okay, cause I like ya, I will let you know a bit of future info.
The Gyo look like otters and live in the White Kingdom, far to the east of Vellastrom.

I think you are making the error of focusing on the Brorg rather then the Dao part of their name!

And there is a race based on frogs and toads, but it is not them.

They were considered but (so far) have been rejected.
Unless I have a change of heart, no hippo men are planned.
But I do have changes of heart sometimes….

If you make a race that is/can be called hippies the comic will either lose all credibility or just be that much more awesome.

i can understand why. i mean really, how many anthro-things actually use the hippopotamus? everyone is a cat, or dog, or domestic, or zebra, or not a hippo. the closest i think anyone has gotten are the rhinocermen aliens from doctor who! the reason i asked is because i have my own hippo people running around in my head, and was just wondering if i was going to be something like them from the tsavokraH. (seriously, say your name backwards, its awesome both ways!):))
