I was considering using stock images to make comics. Although I wasn't planning to use only stock images. I plan to draw the characters myself. Can any tell me if that is allowed on this site? If it is what are the rules around using stock images?

Also, why isn't this site more intuitive? There needs to be a search bar for the forums not just the comics! This site really needs a better set of clear rules and guidelines!

It better be allowed, there are a few creators around here doing it already. Even a couple using copyrighted stuff without permission in parody/tribute comics. And those are allowed.
