I'm nearly 100 pages deep into my comic, and I want to add a page to the very beginning of it. is there a way to do this?

Sure, just upload the page as you normally do, then, there are 2 arrows, up an down. Just move the desired page to the position you want. That should work.

Unfortunately if your amount of pages takes up several sections you can't place it past one section, as far As I'm aware.

Find a way to work it into the story where it is now. Flashback? Reminiscing?

Consider it a creative challenge. Think in terms of the organic growth and evolution of your story rather than a technical website thing.

Think how many of your readers are going to go back to look at it?

Think of your updating comic as an eternal present.

What I did was I pasted the first and second pages together and uploaded them as page two and then uploaded the new page as page one.

I have over 200 pages and I wanted to do this as well without getting rid of my original prologue cover. So what I did instead was fuse the old prologue cover with my new image. I know it's not the most convenient thing when you're trying to keep your layout clean, but it's a fine temporary solution, depending on what you're going for.
