Check back a couple newsposts for more details. Drunk Duck will be ‘frozen’ (no updates, forum posting, etc) over the weekend to accomodate a necessary server move. Approximate times affected in different time zones:

9pm Pacific - 8am Pacific
12am EST - 11am EST
5am GMT (Saturday) - 4pm GMT Monday

We know this is inconvenient, especially since the attempt last weekend failed. It needs to be done in order to prepare for some things Platinum will be doing for the site, so there ought to be a good result. Unfortunately it creates a period of time between while the old database is being copied and when it takes effect on the new server- it's an unaviodable window, and any changes made during that time wouldn't have been saved ANYWAY, so this way (by freezing the site) there is less confusion later when updates and changes would have disappeared.

Comics are still readable, you just won't be able to add pages, make comments or forum posts, change userpics, etc.
