I only got two submissions for my contest (thanks a bunch, guys :P) so I figured I would just declare both of these awesome participants my winners!**

KimLuster's comment on a Quackcast prompted this topic, and she perfectly voices her annoyances with the subject in this hilarious comic!

“A few days ago, in the comments following one of the quackcasts, I brought up a Mary Sue test and I griped a bit about how my character Kimber Lee Luster scored rather high on it…I've since concluded it's the Godstrain's fault. I didn't write the character as any sort of idealized version of me or anybody else - any resemblances thereof are the fault of the Godstrain…!”
KimLuster's comic is The Godstrain, a well-written (despite what Mary Sue tests may claim!) and intense comic featuring excellent watercolour art in muted colours!

@KimLuster - THANKS! I'm honored to work with you and Kimber Lee! @HippieVan - No Problem, I'm writing a scene where Kimber Lee an Mariy Sue Johnson are rewarded with a crown. Maybe Dee could do the honors of crowning them? :) Irreverent - Awesome ideas. I think you should still do your Mariy Sue. I'd like to feature late entries in Confessions of a Paper Doll, it goes with the "reality" story and ads in some humor to the subject that we can all read together. @tupapayon - We need a paper doll of your character! He is a perfect addition to guest starring in Confessions.

Ha, never really thought about it, but the Fonz *is* kind of a Mary Sue at times, isn't he? I had a comic scripted up for this and never got around to it. :/ Given how great the entries look, maybe for the best. >_> Have you guys considered making the themed art competition a monthly thing? That would be awesome!

@VinoMas: To be honest I'm having a hard time getting everything that I need to do done right now, so I don't think I'll be able to make a trophy - sorry! I'll definitely keep the idea in mind next time I do any kind of contest, though.

HippieVan - any chance a trophy could be made for the fantastic KimLuster and I? This win for Mariy Sue Johnson means everything! :) KimLuster - Congrats! Kimber Lee has certainly been marketing herself with this new modeling and "mary sue" gig. Yet, in the Godstrain she is still very much the tough cookie we are all used to! Confessions of a Paper Doll would love to feature your win and the aftermath. Maybe even an interview? Banes - Excellent Midnight Entry (I think that is a friendlier way of saying deadbeat parade, as many of us are working and must be fashionably late. ;) ) On another note, I will not be held responsible for anything that Princess January may or may not do on a certain social media site. I was really hoping I could get one finished but I have a deadline to meet on getting my comic printed in time for a convention and my time didn't work out as I'd hoped :( VinoMas's Mary Sue has stolen one of Ozone Ocean's hats! I'm not sure even he can do anything to get it back from her! Best he can do is fall for her like all of us already are!!!

Haha! Highly enjoyable and Mary Sue-ish results! There would've been more I think, but I know some like me didn't finish in time. Pretty sure Banes was making one as well. Maybe we can have a losers/deadbeats parade when they're done.
