Originating in the countryside of Ontario province is a simple tale of a most beloved ice sport, Hockey. The Ferda Boys consist of Newton, Uehara, Furtado, Araujo, Amond, and Cera among other teammates drafted to the underdog Junior C Team. Lugging a heavy bag home after practicing for three hours on ice and then reading comics until falling asleep by eight is a typical day. Teamwork in hockey is summed up by sage advice in the comic, “Your focus must be team achievements, not individual marks.”
