Site redesign update, NEWS!
Not much to report right now but slow progress is steady progress!
Alexey has been working on an updated comments system based on more modern coding, basically recreating what we have but in NEW code that's more easily upgradable and usable by the whole site as well as working nicely on narrow mobile screens as well as wide computer screens. Hopefully we can add tagging of people's nicks, smilies, likes, update notifications and threading to these in future ^_^
In other news we have a cool new logo submission by DDer Casscade! Look at this people, I love it <3
I can't wait to have the new DD using all these cool log0s by people on the front page!

@Casscade: That looks amazing! Hats off to you! @Oz: Sounds to me like the kind of background work that nobody ever sees but is necessary and will entail lots of improvements that we'll get used to so fast as to instantly forget what it was like without it. Also, I just went through what the new site has so far and I freaking love it! It's cool, it's modern, it's easy to use, it's definitely the next step that this site needs. Keep it up guys!
