Maple, the daughter Cara, is celebrating her eighteenth birthday and her grandfather, the Professor, has a very special pocket watch to deliver that will ensure the current generation’s future. It has been thirty two years since The Wickcroft Incident when the same demon who turned Burnsville into a smoking crater left a trail of injured upperclassman students in front of a school. That day, Cara, the professor’s daughter, met up with her friends Vince and Isabelle before witnessing a spectacle between the Professor’s celestial arts and a Demon’s attacks. A battle between two opposing forces is the perfect training ground for a Geist Hunter.

The art and text bubbles are completed digitally using a great technique showing light bursts effects. The battle scenes make good usage of onomatopoeia and fight choreography.
