So on the 3rd of June (next week) Imago, Nebraska's 9th Chapter is done publishing, which means The Book of Spring arrived to its final chapter and emotional conclusion and with this following chapter, titled: “Magpie” that ends before July, we'll not only be closing the arc about Theo's grief, but we're getting an epic finale I've been secretly building up to since at least Chapter 5, it'll be something to remember and we're opening up some new main plotlines for The Book of Summer.


As it turns out, I got myself in da zone, writing it, so I'm putting my new project: The Odds aside until I have enough here to resume publishing. If all goes well, Imago, Nebraska might be able to resume publishing in August (in 1-2 months from the end of Chapter 10.) with a page / day schedule. I already have a promotional slideshow with the regular theme song teasing all the characters that will return (in some capacity) and lots of new ones (some of which will get introduced in this 10th chapter). The slideshow is pretty much spoiler-free for those who are up-to-date) It's also teasing the working titles for the new chapters and a brand new art style for the next Book (only, I'll remove the flames and holes and much of the dirt so it'll be easy to see what's going on, but it will have an overall fire damage look to spice up the light brush strokes of the first Book). I'll deliver some new, Book 2 introductions to all these characters and some more info about the main plotlines after the Book Finale. Synopsis

Theo Holloway's life falls apart when a hurricane lays waste to the city of Marlwell, taking his home and loved ones from him. He arrives to Imago, Nebraska as a mere shadow of himself, but upon meeting the locals, little-by-little, he discovers that while his mind is consumed by a cold, ever-still winter, his heart may once again be ready to bloom.
