SS7 151 Weekend in Paris

I would have liked to have spread this romantic weekend away over a few more pages but I have to get on with wrapping this thing up and I think you get the idea that they had a nice time!
I also feel I've set the scene now for the ending to come. We have Nikki still struggling silently to get her life back on course after her violent assault, Sarah now happily looking forward to starting a new life with Janey again but with ongoing concerns about Nikki still.
Next week: We jump forward a little to Geraldine and Sasha's Hen Night at the usual hotspot -Colors! Not a place which has always been a bundle of fun for either Sarah or Nikki, so we'll just have to see how they get on this time!

Ah, your turn to depict Paris... it seems an age since I was doing Leslie there (May 2017 on - I just looked - & that same bridge lights/Eiffel T. view in panel one, was Feb 2018, but night time in mine B-) ) Anyway, were all glad to see the developments here, romantic old fools that we are... B-)

As others have mentioned, wonderful collaboration between artist and colorist. That evening sky is gorgeous. We are accustomed to it but we don't take it for granted.

Dear Sky, Janey seems so eager to please Sarah when it comes to Nikki. She knows Nikki is important to Sarah. I dont see a problem as sleeping arrangements go. Nikki can sleep on the couch at first then little by litle work her way into the bed with our couple:) tommym

Carora: Apologies for the late reply I somehow missed a whole page of them! I've considered this so many times between Nikki, Sarah and Janey but I'll admit that I've always been to afraid to go there.

Sarah's feeling guilty about not inviting Nikki on her & Janey's romantic weekend away? (So Sarah, I am sure Nikki would have loooovvvvvedddd being the third wheel. - sigh - And Janey's joke about having Nikki share a bed with them? Odd sort of joke, or maybe Janey just has an odd sense of humour. (Which she does.) Very sad about Nikk's after effects from the assault. :( And next off to Colours for a hen night . . . that could be a fun evening. Though for what definition of the word fun we shall see.

Fruitbat: Apologies for the late reply. I think I was waiting to do everyone at once and then forgot to look back! Janey might be testing the water here with her remark. She's always been more adventurous than Sarah as we know from her fling with Claire ;)
