I first put Elastikid on SmackJeeves, where I still upload new content. I am now on DrunkDuck and uploading starting at the first strip. Once I get caught up, new strips will be uploaded on both sites at the same time.

I dont have fantastic art skills, but I do well when it comes to MS Paint. So Paint is the medium Ill stick with until I learn how to use something better.
