Ep. 1 Page 7

This is barely more than a character exposition page, nothing much to comment on ^__^
So here's my chance to say that I'm really glad to get such positive comments… thank you all very much!
EDIT: Being compared to Eisner is enormously flattering. Eisner was a true master, while I'm just fumbling around with things I have yet to understand. Thanks for the praise! And yup, it's a doorknob… I'll have to improve on that ^^

Big CEO living in small flat? I _like_ him!

Whoa, I'm so far behind on this comic. My apologies, but I've been busy as hell here with the obvious, until I finally updated about 2am in the morning today. Now I have a lot of catching up to do. But aaaaanyway... I really like the composition of panels on this page, with one over the other. My favorite is the one of door opening. Nice light effects. And great work on the speech bubbles. And I simply like this comic, it's witty and funny, with a bunch of interesting characters. I like the old lady.

Miss Sopie...great design...the interaction is wonderful for the character development...love it... the last panel was hard to initially discern...hand turning the doorknob, right?

Something about this - not the art itself or the story, obviously, but the page composition - that reminds me of Eisner. Very nice.
