I don't think he's fighting back because he knows he's 10x's more powerful than Sandy. One Chaos Blast or Chaos Spear from him, and its all over. He knows that if he snaps, he's out of a job. Something big must have happened before he took on this current job.

You know, I just cant help but have some respect for him - I dunno why he isnt fighting back, at least to end the fight or something, but the fact that he just continues to not fight just impresses me :)
