I just reread this one. Probably I suck and forgot to add the phone to panel 3 & 4. It's one of those jokes that worked better in my head.
I remember my favorite tag team growing up - besides the Killer Bees - was the team of Nikolai Volkoff and the Iron Sheik. Of course back then I didn't understand the socio-political undercurrents of an Iranian and a Russian heeling their way to the top of the WWF's tag team division.
But, the bottom line is this: Nikolai Volkoff rules.

Oh man, the WWF Saturday morning cartoon was awesome. Rowdy Roddy Piper > Everyone.
