Kēryx,was a messenger in ancient Greece they were often freemen or people keep on a retainer by a chef .. so a rate of pay was not something I found in my studies.. not getting a lot of hour which is worrisome… but gives me more time to draw..

sadly.. plague made work hours too valuable and that is one of the biggest things that kicked off the industrial revolution to find a way around people

Why is it that it takes something like a plague to make laborer-hours valuable enough to actually pay people what they are worth?

Oooo, three coins in the fountain, I think you get a wish for that... The commoners didn't get paid much in ancient times for any sort of work, sadly. I hope you get some more work hours and the work isn't too bad.
