Sinthe's coloring is pretty off in this comic… it's the bright light, I tell you! >O
Ugh, this comic was a pain to do, with all the sprites and all the dialogue. I'm itching to start on an action/fighting scene now… Good thing there's one coming within the next few comics. ;)
And here we meet Samidextrious Maw, the Guilty Gears' sagey. :O Interesting character, isn't he?
Where'd the “-_e” come from? Well, it's big bro's trademark emoticon, but I couldn't tell you more than that. :\

well you really are doing a great job if i do say so myself and who knows maybe you can make a hand drawn one, i can tell right off your really good at story telling i bet some artist out there would be willing to join up with you if you didn't want to draw it yourself. personally, with your skills at writing i'd read it no matter the quality of the comic (assuming you don't draw stick people O_O lol)

Hmm... thanks for the suggestions. :) In all honesty, I don't like sprite comics in general, myself. RO sprite comics, however, are an exception for me because RO sprites are quite a bit more detailed and expressive than your average sprite. And they're so much fun to work with, besides. :0 I'm aspiring to author a full hand-drawn comic someday, but as of right now I'm not confident enough in my drawing skills (especially in any of the various comic styles, in linearting, and in foreshortening), so producing a hand-drawn comic of any sort of quality on a consistent basis would be a bit... overstressful. >.> This is my very first attempt at a comic... and at serious storytelling. I'm hoping that it'll be an interesting and appealing comic in its own right, but if not... I'll certainly learn from it. :) Adding bits of my own art to the sprite comic is an excellent idea, though. I have one comic at home waiting to be uploaded (in the same style as this one :\), and then after -that- comic is an action scene; a few of my own drawings mixed with the sprites could create the dynamic look that an action scene really needs in order to work. As for the boxes... I would really prefer they stay pretty close to what they are now to emulate the feeling of the game. I don't know if you've played RO or not, but the text boxes in my comic are made to somewhat resemble the in-game white-text-on-black-box text boxes. I think I can try some more different fonts, though, which may help. Perhaps I'll raise the opacity, too, to let the text stand out. Agh, more later. >.> Thanks again for the crits. :D
