If you saw a person about to commit suicide, would you stop them, even if they hated you for it?
I started playing Xenoblade Chronicles a couple of weeks back (practically since launch, really). Fun game, interesting characters, intriguing story and world and beautiful music. I'm addicted to the music on the Plains of Gaur. Side quests are kind of overwhelming due to the sheer number of them though. ^^;

@Artificer: The question sounded general, not for her particular situation. Still it seems to me that she has things to live for in this world yet. She runs a neutral haven for her kind and obviously is valued for her knowledge and skill. But I guess I can't really bark about it if she does...I have a vampire character who is about to commit his own suicide...:(

Yes I would do everything in my power to stop it. Suicide isn't an answer, even when it feels that way at the time. Obviously by the look on her face he's very close to the heart of her matter here. Hopefully she can be stronger than the temptation of his offer.
