Drawing The Administrator has made me physically sick. Some would call it a cold, but I haven't felt this ill for a couple of years or more and I am very glad to finally finish this page in a haze of fevered hallucination.
Here we see the real reason he's known as The Administrator. It's because he likes to administer things to people: things that are generally better off left unadministered. Also he likes to keep his paperwork in order. Anyway, thanks for your patience, I'm off for a large medicinal brandy.

Getting a fever on to produce a sinister yet oddly fun villain--now That's using the resources at hand (hope you're feeling better). I can't help but wonder if the Administrator plays in a heavy metal band on the side (his vocals vood be vild, oo vile)

@KimLuster: Thanks, glad you like him! Those hypodermics are The Administrator's own schpecial design - they deliver more in one sitting, and used needles are great for knitting!

Wow! That this is what a fun villain is supposed to be like!! Can he get more outrageous!! Wonderful pose - and man those are some big needles!!

@tupapayon: Those psychotic characters really seem to enjoy life, the Joker being the obvious example, but I'm sure everyone has their personal favourite. Mine is the chief of the Blue Meanies from Yellow Submarine.

@fallopiancrusader: Haha! another missed opportunity, I'll squirrel that one away for later! I can't take too much credit for his supervillainy since he's based on a realish person, but I definitely tried to super up the art style a bit for this page.

@Banes: Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed the dialogue! I used a combination of school German lessons, old Britcoms and some sage online advice. Somebody is bound to be offended, but it's all done in the best possible taste.
