And now we return to our regularly scheduled Bad Guy High. The past couple updates have both been semi-random Drunk Duck community related. And while those are fun, and I always encourage a high-spirited crossover from time to time, I'm back to regular old Bad Guy High goodness.
Last time we saw the mace activating in Gen's hand, and here we go…Just imagine the sailor moon theme playing during this page, it really heightens the experience.
Y'know, I actually unveiled my first design of Ladies' Knight a million years ago in one of my ‘Dead Dan Days’ art updates. On one hand, i'm happy nobody recalled that because that makes this reveal have more impact, but on the other hand i'm a little saddened that nobody remembers that far back….makes me wonder how many of my old readers I've lost over the years. (likely to my erratic update schedule)
Fun Fact: My original idea for Ladies' Knight was that Gen had a split personality disorder, and that LK was her alternate persona. That would have explained why she was so sweet even though she was in BGH. But I obviously decided to go another direction with the character.
Beautiful stuff as usual. I'm actually a relative latecomer to BAD GUY HIGH and Drunk Duck in general, although I've been following this for a year and a half, and reread much of the archives.
Oh, and fans of the Red Death's art might be interested in the wonderful "cover" he did for THE CROSSOVERLORD at http://www.drunkduck.com/Crossoverlord/index.php?p=614341--complete with small picture of SuperDan, although it might take you a minute to find it.
Wow I missed a few updates there.
Hey I've been around, definitely more than a few years. On the subject of not recalling some things about your comic well, truthfully no, I canât remember everything that has happened. Sure youâve had not exactly the best schedule but really, who has the time other than the people who make this their profession. Iâd like to remember more of your comic but, the reality is that I have more important things to keep in mind.
You have a brilliant comic and the art has certainly changed over the years. Whenever I have time, Iâll check you out; see what youâre up to. Your story has always put a smile on my face, which is now a rarity. Honestly, Iâd like to keep in touch more but, Iâve been too wrapped up in my own darkness to really give a damn about anything anymore.
I liked sailor moon since in my country got the unedited version(original music, no sailor moon says etc)
I read BGH from the beginning but remembering a sketch day art character is hard to remember its like try to remember all the random choujinn that were created for kinnikuman
I've been here since the Teen Titan days. Yeah I remembered it. Webcomic attrition is inevitable. Don't worry, you are getting better every day. But you were always great.
looks cool dude, sadly i read through the archives when i first started reading and i completly forgot about the original ladies night design, chalk it up t poor memory and dialup.
I didn't watch Sailor Moon simply because that it was never aired where I lived. However, I've seen random episodes in my later life, including the first one.
I loved the part where Tuxedo-Mask popped up.
Tuxedo-Mask? TUXEDO-MASK!?! It was a vigilante wearing a tuxedo.... and a mask and the best thing he could come up with was calling himself Tuxedo-Mask?
It's like Superman being called Red-Cape-And-Undewear-Over-His-Pants.
I'm going to be honest: I totally went through a huge Sailor Moon phase in like 6th grade. It was the first "anime" I ever saw, and for a while I got really into it.
But that's not why I did this page. I already did a "He-man" magical transformation bit, Sailor Moon was just the next logical choice.
yeah i remember, i read your archives and stuff recently. Well done but why sailor moon? I thought boys would hate it unless you watched cause of the short skirts, you perve :P just kidding.

At first I thought she was transforming into a half-esper like Terra (FF6). That would've been wicked.
