Superman could never be man enough to kill batman so while he is emoing it out trying to come to terms with what he must do batman would have the time to plan and then kill super.

Agreed. At super-speed, I don't care WHAT plan Batman thinks up, Superman should be able to nail him in a split-second... Let's put it this way: if Batman has time to prepare and plan a specific trap he MIGHT be able to win---but if it's just the two of them, Superman could fling Batman into orbit in a split second, and then we'll SEE if Batman can breathe in space.

Frank Millar Is overrated; his dark grittyness often approaches innapropriate levels of grim-darkness for the character, the art while it fits his own worlds is not a style that sits well with me in DC. It makes it look like one of Frank's overmuscled violent sin city thugs put on a Batman costume and proceded to got to town.
