The outfit Bill has on is a Korean War surgery outfit so of course he goes with an Earth TV show reference. How do you think aliens learned so much about our planet and why they're all so obsessed with it? They love our TV shows. They should be more careful experimenting with exotic specimens like that. Their boobs could explode (I've watched enough Mythbusters to know that's always a possibility)
