There are a lot of ways to explain adolescence, but one of the most popular ways is also the most blissful one:
“Honey, adolescence is a WONDERFUL time when a miracle takes place in your body; it's a time when you develop into the beautiful young woman you'll be for the rest of your life.”
WRONG.
Here's another one:
“Son, adolescence is a WONDERFUL time when you get to discover the miracle of boobs, porn, and uh… well, yeah. Boobs and porn. This is the time when you become the man you'll be for the rest of your life.”
…..How close was that, boys? XD
I thought it was hilarious that Wikipedia included the word ‘human’ in their definition.

Too close, in fact. I have to expose puberty for what it is so the next generation doesn't have to suffer adolescence AND the lie of 'beautiful development'. It's my life's mission at the moment.
