Hey first off thanks for the feedback! To answer your question:
Earlier in this fancomic Femto was released into the world and it was shown that he was much more powerful than the Griffith that was currently in the physical world, who in turn was more powerful than the apostles. Femto was waiting until he was released from the depths of the astral world to fight the Elf King, as only he was a match for him. Apostles wouldn't be, so Femto had to wait until he could directly be in the physical world in order to take on the Elf King.
However there are still twists coming. Thanks for reading!
My 2 cents worth:
I feel u are overpowering the Elf-King a bit too much. If he could fight Femto, one of the Godhand to such a level, don't u think they would have targeted the Elf-King for extermination like what they did with Flora the Witch earlier in the series, and she wasn't even a match for Femto for that matter....
