You can pretty much skip the rant taking up half the comic and get right to the punchline, really.
Do not pay attention to the schizo paranoid artist falling apart in the far, long-forgotten reaches of the internet.
Also, yes, the reappearance of Andy's crazy taken physical form, as foretold in the end-times prophecies.
