Heavy Weapons Guy

Ratzo tells are soul crushingly sad story about the origin of his signature weapon. Prompting Max to feel a momentary sympathy for him, a sympathy which he quickly regrets.
This is part 2 of the one that got sort of cut up, again, two seperate jokes that can stand alone. Just miffs me that I got so kinked up last week. I'm on meds now, but my recovery is slow. Turns out taking meds for a sinus infection tends to make you worse first.
Ratzo's is of russian toon descent, thats why I have him dropping words. Such as “I never work day in life” instead of “I've never worked a day in my life”, and if that wasn't enough his signature weapon is now a sickle. His generally angry demeanor is suppose to come across in my choice of an “all caps” typeface. All the character using a different font for speech is something I've been utilizing for a while. It helps minimize confusion when off screen characters are speaking. I'm not sure where I picked it up from, but I'm sure I'm not the inventor of this technique. In my older work I used to use character faces tacked on to the bubbles to show who was speaking. So far I've been good with making sure all of the characters of greater importance all have a font unique to them. I did make a mistake several comics back though where Prof. Fischer was using Cameron's typeface and….this is all very boring isn't it?
Eventually I will release character Bios perhaps here in a seperate archive, or maybe on a big site one day. I'd like to be employed so i could actually afford the hosting though. But for now not much is needed to be said i can't convey with the characters themselves.
Okay, I'm going to go rest now…I got some recovering to still do. (Sunday as of writing this) See you next time.
