Eyyy thanks everyone for the comments on the last page, I'm really glad to know there's still some of you out there! I totally understand lurking silently and all, but hearing from youse motivates me and I factor it into how fast I update here! I've always had the policy that I wait until at least 1 comment is posted so I know people actually saw the update (since DD's reminders are a little broken!) with 1 comment sort of representing a handful of readers.
Not saying you are obligated to speak to me, i just like hearing from youse. （＾＾） I gotta get better at commenting on comics myself though, I've been in such a constant cycle of playing catch-up with my work due to injuries/techinical difficulties that free time is scarce and the anxiety doesn't help, argh!

And a story refresher: LaBelle used her “Troll-curse” from Kavonn to beat the crap out of some Welves and Skzzldrix that jumped their group and attempted to kidnap Bojo. The villains had been wronged by Sadick (and K'ale) personally, he had killed the Welf pack leader and a Skzzldrix merchant working for Vampire King Rodericke, so the Skzzldrix' brother got with the remaining Welves to seek vengeance/retrieve vampire gold that was given to the merchant for purchasing live Lemuro (like K'ale and Bojo). The last the Welves saw of LaBelle, she walked right into certain peril, waved a stick around like a goof, and didn't do much to save herself, so her “hulking out” was completely unexpected. Unfortunately it also made her a bigger target and she's been shot and stabbed with a poisoned blade. Much to Sadick's surprise, as the curse wore off due to her heroic actions, LaBelle didn't revert to her normal Welf state but something quite different from his expectations: a normal-looking elf girl. Sadick had previously been planning to leave Bojo with her and take off to the North to find his sister on his own… but he's back in Samrick's court instead.
