It seems every year people get more and more sensitive. Back in our parents days, a cartoon character could blow somebody's head off with a shot gun and not raise an eyebrow at the FCC board.

Parents are very sensitive creatures. When I was younger, my mom refused to let me watch Powerpuff Girls because it had little girls beating up badies to the point of blood, graphic teeth breaking, and twisted mangled bodies (still alive though). And the episodes with Him didn't really help the matter either. I guess to them it's ok if there is no blood, like in Loony Toons.
