“Dr. Halsey (Halo: First Strike)”

So after the novel “Halo: First Strike” came out, me and a bunch of other people banded together online to try to make a single player campaign that revolved around the book. We were going to use the tools that Gearbox was going to release (making your own maps and stuff) for PC, but then once the tools were released, it was discovered that there was no option to make new campaigns. Sadness, and the project quickly came to a halt after that.
