Thank you as always for your patience! I'd love to be able to work on this full-time, but unfortunately paying work comes first :( I think I've found out some ways to make the coloring go faster, which is really what's holding me up, though. As always, new characters can be found on the bios page.

Heheh. Well, especially in the time period for humans when this takes place (about 500 BCE), most humans don't trust strangers further than they can throw them, either, much less "supernatural" strangers. The Ka'ei tend to see them as intelligent and dangerous animals, but there's some who look past that, as we'll see :)
well this explains the human murderining, and due to my views on Humans in Fantasy, Sci Fi, or a story that has non humans in general, i'm ok with the human killing (i find humans to be boring when there are other species, like these Serpent people, running around, especially since Humanity seem to almost always be a entire species of Mary Sues.)
