Cigar Time

I'm not sure why it took so long for me to make a comic about an actual “cigar time”, but here it is. Please excuse the sudden and brief change in artistic effort.

This song is an enigma to us. I've searched high and low to discover who that musical guest was, but have had no luck identifying this bizarre song we heard. It was an old re-run, looked like it could be the '70s, but I think Jon Lovitz may have been a cast member, so who knows. I might post an audio clip on our Facebook page of what I seem to think the tune was.
