Second page of the day and my terrible attempt to write a nursery rhyme!! If you're confused, I updated 2 pages today so there's a page before this too.
Anyway I'm very upset today because I showed this comic to my mom, and she LAUGHED at it and said it was really dumb. So sad. I agree it's not the most compelling thing in the world but you don't have to LAUGH at it… Oh well, here's page 39.
Thanks for all the support guys!!!

oh, that was mean of your mom! (but I know where you're coming from; my mom frowns on all things creative.) this comic is great... I love the "finding out you're special" part of stories ^_^

I've been going back and reading the archives and finally catching up to everyone. I don't know what your mother is talking about; the comic is great. No offense to her but it's so easy to sit there and criticize anothers work. I bet if she tried creating a work of art and fiction from scratch, she'd be hard put to come up with an engaging plot, cast of characters, etc. It is hard work and not as easy as it may look. Frankly, i'm a little disappointed she wasn't more supportive. *wags forefinger sternly at Jonko's mom*

okay, you should know that some people just don't have much creative spark and really don't get it. I have someone in my life like that :) I like your page and thanks for the notice.. going back to the previous page helped. :D I like your story so far and am looking forward to more!!

aw! shame on your mum! :/ Just because something isnt compelling or thought provoking doesnt mean it is bad, some of my favorite stories are ones that I can just sit back and relax with without having to set too much seriousness to it :)

The first part makes me think of "The Ten Little Indians" rhyme. ~_^
