Salaster has appeared to body morph a pair of “Talons” from his back. Back in Chapter 6 he folded out the talons into wings in an attempt to beat Salem in a race by flying. There is a Salaster Bio page back in one of the previous chapters that explains more about him.

Holy Crap Salaster is even more badasserer than I thought (which was was pretty badassery already)!!! You ever read Witchblade comics? She can also send out tendrils that penetrate and kill, but Salaster might have her beat!! Wow...! Seems like he, err, enjoys his work, too...!

Amazing, that kind of ability is hard to predict. I really like how you capture all the action and the little (but important) details that give the scene a more dramatic feel. :D
