This is major in-joke between me and a select number of people. For some reason, I always chuckle a little when you have a scene like this where someone appears out of nowhere and makes a big, bellowing exclamation, such as “AH-HAAA!!!” or “I KNEW IT!!!”. It's always from behind and always by surprise.
Sad. Just sad. Only Goldie could hypnotize herself with the Psyche Staff instead of just ignoring Mindmistress and using it to torture our heroes. Don't forget that Goldie is a cat burglar by trade. Her lust for wealth did her in once again.
And let's not forget to thank Dan for providing us with the gratuitous butt shot in the last panel. You get an “A” for effort for that debut!

There are some curious deviations in costume design from artist to artist. MM's chest decoration seem to change shape depending on who's drawing it. I always took it to be similar in shape to Superman's crest.
The one thing that Noelle Dreves (of Dangermoth) and I were joking about was that Dasien's belly holes seem to move around a lot. And some of these guys are drawing those holes farther down south than I ever intended.
