Happy Friday, everybody. It has been a heck of a day, but it ended well. Ive been having computer problems at work, and the IT department was unable to find the problem. As a last resort, I reformatted the hard drive and started from scratch. Apple tech support was great. They talked me through the entire restoration process to reload all the essential files without reloading the problematic ones. Now everything works great. Thanks, Apple. You guys rock.

Good to see that Danielle has friends. Also, good to read a nice IT support story for once. Too often one heards about support who is not really supportive. Go, Apple, go!
